Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Decidedly ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Decidedly provides programmable video infrastructure including upload, storage, playback, embedding, and annotation tooling accessible via web interface and API.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Upload, store, or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, or abusive material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all video assets and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and deliver your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kombugriva's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
