1. Who we are
Decidedly ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Kombugriva, owned by Sushant Srivastava, based in India. We provide programmable video infrastructure available at decidedly.xyz.
2. Information we collect
- Email address — collected at signup and used to authenticate your account and send transactional emails.
- Video assets — files you upload are stored in cloud object storage associated with your account.
- Usage data — page views, API calls, and feature interactions to improve the service.
- Payment data — billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Decidedly service.
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To detect and prevent abuse.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Cloudflare — infrastructure provider for hosting, storage, and edge delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Law enforcement — if required by applicable law.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Video assets on free plans are retained for 7 days; paid plans retain assets indefinitely until deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@decidedly.xyz.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@decidedly.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
